What counts as a "tool"?+
A tool is one MCP server running in your ToolCloud. For example, the GitHub MCP server is one tool. Each tool can expose multiple operations (list issues, create PR, etc.).
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?+
Yes. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you're charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
What happens when my trial ends?+
Your ToolCloud tools are paused (not deleted). Reconnect anytime by subscribing. Your data and configurations are preserved for 30 days.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. Annual billing will come with a 20% discount when available.
Is there a free tier for ToolCloud?+
Not currently. The free tier includes memory-mcp running locally via npm. ToolCloud (managed hosting) starts at the Developer plan. All paid plans include a 14-day free trial.
